Nobody there to help an there kiosk dosent work
I purchased $15 to reserve a storage unit, and they said I Would be able to finish the checkout when I got to the kiosk, but unfortunately the kiosk was broken. They still aren’t getting back to me on my refund. Save your money and go somewhere!
All transactions, keys, and codes are done through a kiosk. When I got my key I got a code that did not open the door. The only way to contact them is through either the kiosk or searching for their customer service number which both put you in touch with a rude, uninformed call center in India (or similar) that care less than they understand, which isn't much. Extremely unhappy with the office. As Noone is ever there will be moving out asap
Called and reserved a unit. Showed up and no one is at the office. Called and got a call center. They had no idea what was going on. Said they didnt have the unit size we had reserved and none of our information. So there is no live person to speak to at all in person. Its all some call center. What a JOKE.
