Completely unprofessional. I booked a massage over a month in advance, took time off work, and drove to the appointment. While I was parking—15 minutes before my appointment—I got a call saying the therapist had to step away for a personal emergency, which I understood at the time. I was told they would reschedule, but there was no apology. Three weeks later, there has been no follow-up and no rescheduled appointment. My time was completely wasted. Would not recommend.
Nice place the staff are very nice
I can’t work because I hurt my back. I’ve been seeing therapist for the last four years. Just started seeing Shane Giorio. And now I feel like there’s hope again. My lower back feels great and walking gives me no pain. Thanks, Shane
