No. This place is terrible, but it's saved by generally decent accomodations and for the most part, some good or wonderful staff. But no, all in all, this is not the place you want to be, nor should this be how they handle much behavioral health. I strongly feel there are better ways to do these things. Thank you.
I loved my stay there for the most part. A lot of the staff were amazing—Donna and Tamara were my favorites. The only problem was with two people named Hannah and Corteza; they were loud, messy, and annoying. Other than that, my stay was perfect. The food was okay—better than starving! I even made two friends who I hope will be lifelong. Most importantly, I got the help I needed. Thank you to everyone who worked with me. I’m doing better now. My stay was from August 15-24, 2025
The staff were nice a few patients were violent. A patient complained he didn’t get two cups of coffee when he got his food. We get one cup with our food we have to wait after everyone is done with our food then we get another one if we want. He called the staff member that was handing out breakfast a Racist slur. I was by the tv in the lunch room on D hall I turned around and he was walking towards me. I fell on the ground on purpose. Then he stomped on my nose and thigh.
