Paid $722.10 to get my car released and was told it was ready at 11:40 AM. The moment I asked to pick it up, the staff member shrugged and told me the driver was “out on a tow call” and followed it with “what do you want me to do about it.” That line alone tells you everything about how this place treats people. We needed a tow today , we called Twin Towing and they came out right away .They had an awesome guy named Lou come do our tow it was a pleasure dealing with him and this awesome company from start to finish of getting our box truck back home ! Thank you
We’re in the container rental business and deal with them to purchase containers, and everybody was very pleasant. Great containers and their prices are also great. I was reading some of the other reviews and the person saying, why don’t they have four-wheel-drive pick ups like everyone else doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Any serious container company that moves empty containers primarily use single axle semi’s to haul containers, if you don’t know why ask Google.
