This company is extremely deceitful. The price they quote and the price that you are pay are two separate entities. I needed a tow from a location in West Orange to their location in West Orange. I was quoted $275.00. Fair enough. They refused to tow to my residence. The very next day I would pay $496.52. I urged the receptionist to at least call the guy who gave me the original quote. IT APPEARS THAT TWIN TOWING IS GREAT FOR SHIPPING CONTAINERS. ANYTHING ELSE IS DEBATABLE. MY CAR WAS RECENTLY TOWED OFF THE NJTP BY THEM. YES, THEY ARRIVED QUICKLY. I'M NOT DISPUTING THE PRICE OF THE TOW FOR THE 3 MILE DISTANCE TO GET ME TO A SAFE PLACE. I WAS A LITTLE SURPRISED AT THE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE THE MANAGERS ATTEMPTED TO PUT ON ME FOR THEIR PAYMENT. I simply called the dispatcher line this morning and was greeted with the RUDEST dispatcher/ customer service representative “Jennifer” — who refused to give me her full name or job ID number. You don’t know what people are dealing with or the fact that I almost lost my life and you’re rude as hell on the phone to a customer. If you are involved in an accident and need your car towed, under no circumstances, allow your vehicle to be towed to their yard. They will hold your vehicle hostage and not allow you to remove any of your personal belongings until they are paid. They are more interested in extracting money from the customer than providing good quality customer service. My experience with these people to put it mildly was horrendous.
