I simply called the dispatcher line this morning and was greeted with the RUDEST dispatcher/ customer service representative “Jennifer” — who refused to give me her full name or job ID number. You don’t know what people are dealing with or the fact that I almost lost my life and you’re rude as hell on the phone to a customer. If you are involved in an accident and need your car towed, under no circumstances, allow your vehicle to be towed to their yard. They will hold your vehicle hostage and not allow you to remove any of your personal belongings until they are paid. They are more interested in extracting money from the customer than providing good quality customer service. My experience with these people to put it mildly was horrendous. Paid $722.10 to get my car released and was told it was ready at 11:40 AM. The moment I asked to pick it up, the staff member shrugged and told me the driver was “out on a tow call” and followed it with “what do you want me to do about it.” That line alone tells you everything about how this place treats people. They charged $685 + 6.625% tax, then immediately pushed a release form in front of me stating that I “received the vehicle in satisfactory condition” before I was even allowed to see it. We needed a tow today , we called Twin Towing and they came out right away .They had an awesome guy named Lou come do our tow it was a pleasure dealing with him and this awesome company from start to finish of getting our box truck back home ! Thank you
