Customer service is top notch!
This place is not worthy of your business. I had a 10 AM appt, and I arrived at 9:30 AM. I was told by the sales representative that he was fixing to call me, because the tire was not in stock. (The website said the tire was available and allowed a 10 AM appt). I was told it would take a couple of hours to get the tire and they could install it. Fine, I had a 10 AM appointment and it is not unreasonable to assume that they would get on it right away. So say done by Noon or one at the latest. At 3:15 I go to check on my vehic... read more
