My experience with Holly was shockingly HORRIBLE. I am quite distrub by her unprofessionalism. I've traveled across the country and to have to deal with Holly for the first time on a simple trip for a basketball tournament was a hassle. I would not recommend her services to a bus commuter. I am not one to except poor service and Holly is not one to except quality customer feedback.
