Terrible property management/manager. The apartment units are depreciating and no work is ever done to repair. The lack of communication between maintenance/management/tenants is unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend living in anything owned by Josh Barnett. He’s awful and money hungry. He’s literally wanting to show the apartment I live in before sending someone to fix the leaking/saggy roof or spray for the ant infestation I’ve been complaining about for 2 weeks.
