Make an appointment a few weeks ahead of time. Show up 9 minutes early like most business owners would want, they don’t want you to be late. Do you want me to show up at 11 AM sharp and then wait on you I don’t think so then asked me to go walk my dogs in 106° weather because they have other dogs to do. Are you serious right now? No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else. Maybe try getting a seating area for your clients to wait the extra 9 minutes when is 106° outside. Just a suggestion for you.
Love every thing about this place. they are so good to my dogs, always accommodating, my dogs are so happy when they are cleaned and spiffy. Prices are great and I love love love they dont put my dog in a cage. :)
Editing my 5 star review from 4 years ago today on 2/15/25 to one star. Today I went to get my dog Pokeys nails trimmed. My dog is almost 11 years old. We’ve gone here for years and have always had a super great experience. I think they just had a super off day, but it was so off we won’t be back. Today the groomer that got assigned to Pokey was extremely rough. They are great and text you when they have 15 min left to finish your pet. Always great work.
