We offer a stress-free, peaceful, clean grooming experience for you and your pets without the use of cages for drying or waiting. Each pet is groomed by appointment and complete in 1 to 1.5 hours. We are cage free but not roam free, your pets will be in the hands of a Team member at all times. We call each client 15 minutes before we are finished so you can head down to pick up. Love every thing about this place. they are so good to my dogs, always accommodating, my dogs are so happy when they are cleaned and spiffy. Prices are great and I love love love they dont put my dog in a cage. :)
Editing my 5 star review from 4 years ago today on 2/15/25 to one star. Today I went to get my dog Pokeys nails trimmed. My dog is almost 11 years old. We’ve gone here for years and have always had a super great experience. I think they just had a super off day, but it was so off we won’t be back. Today the groomer that got assigned to Pokey was extremely rough. They started by being weirdly aggressive trying to get the loop leash over my dogs neck, something he’s never had a problem doing, and he was clearly agitated with t... read more
They are great and text you when they have 15 min left to finish your pet. Always great work.
My dog isn’t exactly the easiest to groom but Destiny is fantastic with her. Jinksey loves her
Never answers phone. When and if voicemail picks up, they don't return calls.
