Great facilty, my dog groomer Sarah is wonderful.
Great job trimming our cute Deuce. He needed a summer cut and they did an awesome job.
They are all so gentle and sweet to my puppy!
Sadly the initial groomer man handled my dog - literally and figuratively. My dog had developed a hernia from the stress of being held down by the groomer and one additional person that I was charged an additional $30 on top of the regular fee for instead of being soothed like most groomers he goes to. They put a muzzle on him, nicked him up, and didn't finish the groom. I came back two days later for the follow up, and after talking to the manager I had someone else finish his ears up. Tabbitha did amazing with my senior dog LuLu who has high anxiety. She recommended I keep her with someone who understands & knows how to handle senior dogs & that I should keep her with the same groomer for comfort and familiarity moving forward. Overall great experiences over the past several years with Twin Tails, no complaints from me.
