I do not live in this apartment complex but a family member does with a newborn. They have emailed SKY property management about the pest infestation. Coming from a refrigerator that was from another complex. All they get is the run around of exterminator has been called. It has been 30 hours since the first email. And the property management says they may have to pay for the exterminator. Odd how you try to get the problem solved and they tell you that you may have to foot the bill for their problem in the first place. They... read more

Sadly, what used to be home is nothing but one of the worst complexes in White House now. We lived here for 3 years, went through multiple property managers, and watched the complex go from great to horrible. We had mold growing all over our apartment and it was never resolved properly, always just painted over. Our unit was infested with spiders that consistently bit my children, because they never sprayed for bugs. If I could give zeros I would. The office is never open. New leasing consultants all the time. Mold in the apartment. When I moved in they never cleaned it. The place was disgustingly dirty and they never finished painting it. ( they did send someone out to clean after I had to call 3 different ppl to get ahold of the right guy) my downstairs neighbor harasses me.
