Pay rent late and they file eviction notice. Try to pay online and they lock you out to only pay money order even if your out of town. Been living there for 5 years and one late payment locks you out to not make an online payment. Told fees can be spread out in the future but no action taken. Left multiple messages and emails trying to pay now I can’t even get a call back. The multiple property managers tell a lot about the community and communication from twin springs smh
No apartment complex is perfect. However, they have handled every situation very well here.
Poor management, so may problems. Don’t waste your time with this place
