I can't say enough good things about this dealership, Fair pricing, the customer service and delivery were over the top. I felt like a long time customer however it was my first time in the door. Joe and Cyndy were personable, down to earth and welcoming. Joe made sure everything with the bike was gone over, serviced and even wiped it back off after my test ride in the rain! Cyndy had almost all of my paperwork done before i walked in the door. Thank again!
Great experience from walking in the door (no pressure from sales) to them delivering my new 2016 Victory Gunner. I would recommend this shop to anyone who rides. Quality work with a quick turn around. After recently relocating to Raleigh and a recommendation I visited this shop. Treated as family; great communication, proper customer treatment, given a tour, and introduced to the employees. They arranged their schedule so I could have same day work completed. Twin Specialties has serviced and maintained too many of my bikes to even remember. Joe and his staff earned my trust early on, and I can say that I have never had anything *but* an exceptional experience every time! I would recommend Twin Specialties to anyone that is looking for a great deal on a Victory or one of their used inventory, or who needs a big twin serviced. You will not be disappointed!
