Very happy with the care provided by Dr Ng and team. Have seen several hygienists, all of whom have provided excellent care, and the doctors are very good at explaining what is going on and providing recommendations for things that need addressing or that can just be kept an eye on. Fully recommend.
Heather was very good and gentle where needed. Dr. Sun was very thorough and friendly also.
The entire procedure was performed quickly, completely, and with very little discomfort. The staff was (as usual) excellent.
I like Heather, my hygienist, very much. She does a great job and is also a great teacher regarding everyday teeth cleaning habits. On the flip side, I was extremely unhappy with Dr. Ng, who came in, took a quick look at my mouth, and then added $75 to my bill. I was caught very unpleasantly surprised by this. I would not have agreed to this "exam" if I had known such a large amount of money would be added to my bill. Not cool.
