Thanks Joe. Called him on Thursday came out on Monday gave me a bid which was very competitive with the other two that I had received. Decided to go with Joe and his company for the way he explained what he was going to do. Called him on Tuesday to hire him, they came out 9:30am on Wednesday and where done removing my sweet gum tree,stump, filled with dirt and cleaned up by 11:30am. Thanks Joe very quick fare and professional.

Twin Rivers did a great job removing 2 trees - 1 very which was large and overhanging the house. However, they broke about 10 flagstones when they drove over them. And removed a Butterfly Bush that was alive and well. When I asked for the cost of the flagstones be deducted from $3100.00, bill, owner sent me FIVE defensive, rude emails. No way, he's not paying for that, they did a good job, didn't break windows, even cleaned a gutter for me. No kidding I was really surprised by his reaction and attitude. Cut down a maple tree that was leaning over our house and removed a large branch from a second tree. Took them less than three hours. Showed up on time. Responsive and thorough. Quality work. Friendly employees. Moved yard items so they would not get damaged. Left the yard cleaner than they found it. They leveled out the ground where tree branches had hit and left small pits. Reasonable pricing. Will hire them again and highly recommend.

Very Happy with the quality of their work and friendly crew. They are very knowledgeable on trees and their equipment was exactly what We needed. I felt the price was fair and reasonable. Very happy with the service.
