This was a good reasonable flow. The only bad thing is is if it’s supposed to rain at all on your float, I suggest not going. They have no way to rescue you out there if it starts storming like crazy the girls at the front whenever we checked in were not doing their job, they didn’t tell us any details about what bus we load onto or anything about all the other people were very helpful. The guy was very helpful getting us out whenever it was storming.

Online business with zero customer support. They don't answer the phone, ever. I tried contacting this place for three days to book a float for Labor Day. I wanted to book a shuttle for my own boat because they only rent their canoes at 9 am and want you back in two hours!!! But of course their online portal doesn't handle shuttle reservations, so I called and called and called again........Nothing. We had a great afternoon. It was a Tuesday so it wasn't very crowded. To note for those that aren't athletic or strong swimmers... the guys helping you put your raft in... they don't. Lol. We had tubes and had no issue, but watched others struggle (and helped people into the river) .
