Trees abound. Quiet residential living. Responsive maintenance.
Me and my husband lived here for more than year. This apartment has been a cozy home for us. It's peaceful, quiet and it has just been a great experience. From the leasing office where the people are professional and very accommodating to their maintenance that's also very quick and responsive. I like how we have PIN codes when entering the apartment, somehow it makes me feel secure. They also have a beautiful pool and a nice dog park. I have referred a lot of friends here and they have no regrets.
7 months living here and so far all our needs (regarding our apartment) are met. What matters to us is our safety and so far, we feel that we are, in this community.
Mice are a major issue in this community. You can consistently clean but you will wake up to more dropping everywhere. Before moving in, I read reviews that raised concerns, but the leasing office’s responses made it seem like the problem was under control. I also thought because I was on a higher unit I wouldn’t have an issue. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Another downside is that the apartment is outdated.
