I rarely (if ever) write reviews. However, my experience with this apartment complex has been disturbing and I believe future and potential tenants need to be aware. I rated Twin Ridge a "1". If I could rate it lower, I would. For starters, the leasing specialist and Twin Ridge management have some questionable policies/tactics that are very, very, very poorly communicated. We've lived here almost a year now and we had a bit of a rocky start but since then, I've become very happy here. The exterminator and the maintenance man are both fantastic, very kind and thorough workers. The crew at the front have also been very patient and helpful.
I have called Twin Ridge Apartments home for just under a year and have just renewed my lease for another 12 months. Alyssa in the management office has consistently been professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. She goes out of her way to address any questions in a manner that shows she cares about her residents and the complex. Twin Ridge is an older, truly charming community with mature trees and hills. Grounds and property are maintained but individual units are not. I have been dealing with a leak in the ceiling since October of 2024 and they are only now calling out a plumber because I said I would attempt to get out of the lease. They instead paid contractors to come out and repair the ceiling 4 times over addressing the leak. Proof of leak in the form of video and photos were submitted and they still kept telling me there was no "evidence" of a leak.
