The Twin Ports VA went above and beyond in treating my dad. He received the absolute best care from the doctors and staff here. They were easy to work with, returned phone calls promptly, and provided my dad with all of his medical needs. Their care was the reason my dad was able to live in his own home up until the very end.
Why can't a person ever get a hold of anyone at the Twim Ports VA. You have to go through Minneapolis and they put you on hold for ever. Very frustrating.
Had an appointment and waited almost a hour and never saw the Dr. no one came and said they were running late. That would have been MUCH better. I walked out without seeing the Dr. Not a good time at all!!
