Why can't a person ever get a hold of anyone at the Twim Ports VA. You have to go through Minneapolis and they put you on hold for ever. Very frustrating.
Had an appointment and waited almost a hour and never saw the Dr. no one came and said they were running late. That would have been MUCH better. I walked out without seeing the Dr. Not a good time at all!!
Therapy is great, so sad i have to give a one star but the front desk worker was so rude and curt with me. I can’t believe that this is how people act towards veterans, a little customer service goes a long way. It costs nothing to be nice.
