Absolutely horrible place i have had 14 different doctors doing 14 different things. Nurses tell me to go to the ER but when I do i get told not to go because it's to expensive. This VA doesn't care at all about their veterans....seriously
The lobby where you check in? 3 are four people sitting in the chairs up front barely call you up, they're not very friendly at all. The lab changes out staff all the time.
The Twin Ports VA went above and beyond in treating my dad. He received the absolute best care from the doctors and staff here. They were easy to work with, returned phone calls promptly, and provided my dad with all of his medical needs. Their care was the reason my dad was able to live in his own home up until the very end.
Why can't a person ever get a hold of anyone at the Twim Ports VA. You have to go through Minneapolis and they put you on hold for ever. Very frustrating.
