If you guys came out to put privacy film on my windows to keep a peeping, Tom neighbor from peeing in my windows told me the only time that they might be able to see something is at night if I have my blinds up and I have lights on in my house. This is an out fabricated lie. I have had peeping Tom from my neighbors tracking me in my home during the day when it’s sunny out. I have called them three times to complain that I’m being trapped.
