They came out quickly after I called for an appointment, had the lowest cost of the four or five places I got estimates from, and gave me good advice on how to proceed to fix some issues I have with my furnace.
TPCC installed a new Mitsubishi mini split system fall 2017. I don’t know if the system was defective or their installation but it needed to have more coolant added every year at great cost to us. After several years, I finally asked another local HVAC company to help and they were able to fix it. I will never use TPCC again.
Just had some air conditioning work done and the service tech Eric was great he was on time and helped me out and got it fixed right away. Iv used twin ports custom climate for other hvac work and they have always been great to me and have done good work. I Highly recommend them and the owner is a great guy and so are the office staff!!
Very efficient and courteous. Also checked other parts and informed us of upcoming issues to be aware of.
