Excellent facility with even better veterinarians. I've been going there for many years and never been disappointed.
I have used Dr Schildknecht @ Twin Pines for over 20 years. He is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable Veterinarian. His staff is friendly, attentive, and I never have issues making appointments that work with my work schedule.
This clinic and it's staff are amazing. Dr. Randall gave me 7 more months with my baby boy Beretta. The ladies up front were nothing short of love and understanding. It was a very difficult day and they did their best to make it as easy as possible for me. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was so worried about my cat having blood in his stool at 530pm after getting home from work. Twin Pines got me in at 715 pm! Put me at ease that evening and kept my kitty for fluids and antibiotics! He sure was happy to come home the next day, but I felt good knowing he was being well cared for by Dr. Randall! I couldn't ask for a better clinic!
My 15 year old cat, Polly, went into a diabetic coma. I did not even know she was diabetic. She is also in kidney failure. But Twin Pines took her for 5 days and got her stable enough I could bring her home and have a little more time with her. They took such great care of her. I visited daily and called twice a day.
