They did an amazing job trimming a tree and taking out a huge Ash tree. They had to remove part of my fence to get the cherry picker in the back. Put the fence back perfect, like they were never in my backyard! Looking forward to hiring them again!
My 82 yr. Old mother hired twin pines to have 3 trees removed from her property. She was over billed 500.00, destroyed her fire pit, left large holes in the yard. Only to be totally ignored about all issues. Contacted BBB, only to have this company again totally ignore with no response back to BBB to resolve these issues. Owner asked to have pictures of damage sent to him, sent pictures that same day. I have to this day had no response back and to have all messages and phone calls ignored. Stacked brush and wood 30 foot’ high on the side of the road in South Carolina. You charged to remove brush. You should’ve taken it to the proper place..
The Twin Pines crew did an amazing job trimming our trees! They removed a large, dead pine tree without any damage to the perennial flower bed in front of it. They were fast and efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
Amazing service. Called on Wednesday and they were out here on Friday. Took down 5 ash trees and had the yard cleaned in under half the day. Will use them again for future tree needs!
