The new female mgr is helpful when I call about cleanliness issues with the park. Which IS usually due to other inconsiderate tenants, in the park. She's always been efficient at taking care of the complaint and DOES return your calls about your concerns! YOU rock new lady!!! Keep up the good work!! Makes the park an easier place to live in when managers actually CARE.
Nice and Quiet Management and staff are so nice. Been here 3 year's and I love this place.
I just went 13 days without water because maintance man forgot he shut off main he came back brought his salamander tried to thaw pipes to just say oh man we never turned it back on!! and I paid a lot of money out of pocket trying to thaw pipes to get water to find out after 13 days that it was shut off at main and of coarse its my fault because I didn't tell him to turn it back on... Lived there for a while i had fun maybe too much fun went to jail atleast twice
I lived there for a year and a half, posted my rent on time, took care of the place, had the furnace go out 3 tones with a toddler in the house, and he ripped me off for my deposit when I moved! SLUMLORD ¡!!!
