I’ve had a great experience living here! Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner, which makes a huge difference. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ruby—she’s always so kind and goes above and beyond to assist with anything I need.

Don’t let the area fool you! Roaches in broad daylight time. Can’t wait to move out ! The first few weeks you move in , you won’t see them but will be visible about a month or two later. I’ve cleaned and gotten my own treatments but they don’t work .

I am very happy with living at Twin Pines. The staff are very helpful and far beyond just renting to you. The staff are very responsive to repairs or really any issues I am having. I just renewed my lease for another year because of the great staff, great location & Twin Pines is very unique, it is all 1-bedroom apt’ s & that makes for a very quiet peaceful environment. It is the place I did not think I could find, but did!
