I’ve had a really good experience living at Twin Pines. The units are nice and always well kept, and the management team has been great. Maintenance is super polite and quick anytime I need something fixed. Overall it has been an easy, comfortable place to live.
The management is great! Demaree, Christine & the maintenance are all great! Fast reply, kind and professional attitudes and overall a great place to live!!! It is a very quiet apartment if you’re looking for peace and great people!!!! Could not be happier with my choice!!!! Thank you Twin Pine for all you do!!!
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone .Everytime you turn around the elevator don't work or we don't have hot water
Moved here 2.5 years ago for work. Had to apply overseas and the process was smooth, Demaree was very accommodating and only ask few documents to get accepted. Demaree, Christine and the maintenance crew were always prompt in questions and updates. The apartment has a very convenient location and access to all highways. Great place to stay around this area!
PROS: Management and maintenance team are very professional and nice. Apartments are very nice, spacious with brand new stainless steel appliances ( stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY It’s a great location just four traffic light away from Kenwood Town Center/Mall CONS; 100% of communication is through emails.
