I would not recommend these apartments to anyone .Everytime you turn around the elevator don't work or we don't have hot water

Moved here 2.5 years ago for work. Had to apply overseas and the process was smooth, Demaree was very accommodating and only ask few documents to get accepted. Demaree, Christine and the maintenance crew were always prompt in questions and updates. The apartment has a very convenient location and access to all highways. Great place to stay around this area!

PROS: Management and maintenance team are very professional and nice. Apartments are very nice, spacious with brand new stainless steel appliances ( stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY It’s a great location just four traffic light away from Kenwood Town Center/Mall CONS; 100% of communication is through emails. It’s not easy to have a verbal conversation with management once you’ve moved in. Although it’s advertised as Non Smoking, some tenants smoke. You could sometimes smell Tobacco and w... read more

Going on two years as of April 24’ and the management and staff have been nothing short of awesome. I definitely plan on being a tenant until I am ready to own.
