I had a backflow value break that they installed in a new house, after 9 months it completely broke and they are claiming it was a "force break", stating I sat down on it, or intentionally broke it, There are no trees or any objects that could've fallen on it. It was just a poor installation. Mind you this our 3rd house we have owned and nothing like has ever happened! I take pride in what I own!
