The Westover Hills Marketplace Twin Peaks basically no different than any other TP for food and service. My biggest complaint which has been consistent for the many times Ive been there. There is ALWAYS broken glass in your parking lot, which is consistent with the number of vehicle windows getting smashed out and personal items stolen from vehicles.
