OMG,,,, NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!! THE FIRST VISIT WAS GREAT OTHER THAN THE STAFF NOT KNOWING FEES? WELL WHERE DO I START I HAVE A FOUR YEAR OLD CHIWEENIE AND SHE HAS BEEN SICK SO I PAID THE $120 PLUS WAY MORE THE FIRST VISIT AND ALSO WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA FOR $125 FOR THE XRAYS TO BE READ AND WHEN I PAID THEY SAID I OVERPAID AND ID GET HALF BACK IN 7 DAYS THEN I GET A CALL BACK STATING THAT WAS INCORRECT AND WE WOULDN'T BE GETTING THE EXTRA BACK UGHHH THIS PLACE HAS ME SO FRUSTRATED THE FIRST VET WAS THE MOST CARING ... read more
⚠️⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS ⚠️⚠️ AVOID MONTHLY PLAN AT LEAST... Learn from my mistakes I started with this vet clinic 5 years ago when they opened and as things have changed with the clinic it is not affordable, mainly all vets are newly hired out of school and major turn over in vet techs and front desk staff from what I've seen. (Especially since management change in 2018) When you're spending $240 a year just to be on the plan $20 per visit until the 3rd then it jumps to $40 per (Even for revisits!!!) plus all the added thin... read more
