We had these guys come do our vents, dryer and furnace from the flyer which said included free furnace cleaning. I don’t think it did much, they also cracked an intake vent and were late arriving. I never got the “free furnace cleaning” and called twice to get reimbursed. Quoted $250, paid $340. Would not recommend.
Had a fantastic experience with Twin Peaks. They accommodated a last minute appointment for my seller client and were fast and efficient. Will definately be using their services again and recommending for my clients throughout central Alberta.
Had an excellent experience. As a realtor, we're often under fairly unrealistic deadlines and Twin Peaks went above and beyond to get a property serviced within a tight timeline. They were a pleasure to work with both over the phone and on site, and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more impressed and have already been referring them throughout my network.
Our NEIGHBOURS had Twin Peaks come in and their technician left their mess behind. This mess happens to be in our yard, and we were told to wait from Thursday till Tuesday for someone to come back and clean it up. If this is the type of job they do, I do not recommend.
Fantastic friendly service! Very clear and understandable quote, came in a bit under when done. They were very friendly and respectful of the house, explained the job and were quick and clean! Did ducts and had the extra sanitize & deodorize service and made sure I knew exactly what furnace filter to get (not a common size), and explained the final bill, I think they even gave me a bit of a deal because it wasn’t a huge job! Wasn’t uncomfortable having the 2 gentleman working in my home, lovely energy, and plenty of smiles 1... read more
