Ken the CEO Never returns messages
I wish I could leave 0 stars. My husband and I just left the Twin Peaks Boardman Ohio. First off we had to ask for a food menu. We ordered a draft beer and Moscow mule. Then we waited and waited. The waitress was at the bar with her coworkers on the phone and talking about guys. Never got the drinks. There were a total of 6 patrons. I told the waitress how unprofessional they were and left!
Service was excellent. Food was good but unfortunately the restaurant was very hot inside to even finish our meal. Staff advised the A/C had been inoperative for over a month. I hope this was inaccurate information. We frequent the Augusta location but this visit we were very disappointed.
Doral- Miami location, my daughter wanted to go there for her birthday because she tried once before at lunch and she liked the food. Tuesday night I figured we go for dinner as a family OMG it was nightmare we waited for 3 hours there was plenty empty dirty tables but nobody wanted to clean. The manager Bruce and the girls working with him started arguing using profanity in the front of the customers. The place was disgusting!!!
