As an employee, I have been extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. From the beginning, I've felt a lack of organization, and lack of urgency for myself, co-workers, and even patrons. We began with ten managers, half of whom are no longer with us. Much cleaner than hooters, with the same scenery and a much bigger bar.
Way better than hooters or ojos locos...
Mediocre at best... – Me and two other friends went in on a Saturday night and sat down, took the waitress 15 minutes just to greet us! when we did order, she was not friendly. She brought us our drinks after the bartender had to tell her to bring them to us.. she brought our drinks and never returned.. we had our tab turned over to the bartender since he was the only one willing to wait on us. I would not waste my time at this place.
Nice Place HORRIBLE nay TERRIBLE Manager – My party of 5 was HARASSED by the Manager Ruben and the bartender Crystal. All because she had a hunch that one of the 5 people i was with was under age and accused him of drinking alcohol. I asked the manager if he or anyone has seen the minor drink anything and he said no. I told him there actually needs to be a problem before he trys to address one. Great T.V.'s and ICE cold beer! – Don't let the name drive the lady customers away! Yes the waitresses do not have the same uniforms as a Luby's Cafeteria waitress. However, a trip to the beach can be worse. I feel very comfortable bringing my family into Twin Peaks. In fact, the kid's meals are VERY affordable and that is a huge selling point when they don't eat much.
