Kenzi and Lily were great!
Very disappointing experience at Twin Peaks. Sydney Roller and her manager, Carly, were extremely unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and I expected much better customer service. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat or recommend. The owners need to check who they are hiring!
Walked into the bathroom to say hey to a different server Sydney roller she then turned to the said manager and repeated “see, see, see” mind you us confused because we said can we have a conversation the manager then raise her voice while getting up in my face saying “do not come in attacking my workers”. We were confused as a simple question was asked. Sydney was my server Tuesday night all I ordered was an app and a marg I was with my friends and then all of a sudden she accused me of having a fake ID after serving me she then called the manager “Carly” to kick me out after I’ve already drink so I was overly confused if I was a minor, why would you serve me in the first place?
