I was only in Lubbock for a meeting and survey of some work starting in the next few months. Maybe it's a small town thing. The food was the food. I went there knowing what to expect. The vibe and the waitress were disappointing. The gals at the greeting area didn't look happy being there. The waitress waitress (Kali) spent most of her time on a stool talking to another customer.
