I have been a loyal customer for years, ever since this location opened in Austin, TX. I also visit this chain in other cities across Texas. Today, however, I had a very disappointing experience. The bartender asked for my ID, which was fine. She then asked for my friend’s ID, looked at it, and walked to the manager’s office. When she came back, she claimed the ID “didn’t feel real” and told us we could not sit at the bar. I asked to speak to the manager, as my friend’s ID is 100% legitimate.
