Went for a beach weekend. Only good thing was location. Floors are wet and dirty. Ac unit above bed very noisy. Light coming through window made it hard to sleep,needs blinds. Shower door broken. No trash can in the room. No staff onsite for check in we had to call a number on a note on the office door. Pictures on booking.com are deceiving. Will not return.
What a joke Electric lock didn't work, had to take my luggage with me every day since it was wide open. No water in the kitchen, cabinet falling apart. No TV in living room just junk monitors. Missing shower spray so only a rain crap head. TV in bedroom plugged into a dead outlet. Had to move bed and TV to another wall. JUST A FREAKING JOKE - STAY AWAY.
Room absolutely nasty, rusting lights, dust on every surface. Shower not draining and black stuff bubbling up when draining bugs in shower as well. Bugs found around bottom of bed, one found still moving and dying. Super itchy after sitting on bed for to watch tv for a little bit. After feeling gross we decided to shower, and found the towels had red marks on them. Gross. Decided after finding another bug on bed to call it. My family and I booked one night at this hotel through Agoda.com, looking for a place near the port to catch a cruise the next day. We chose it mainly for the price and proximity, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. The place smelled like animal urine, and outside it smelled like marijuana. There were strange people hanging around, and it felt unsafe at night. I ended up losing the hotel night I had reserved and had to sleep at another hotel in a different area. Other than the roach problem in our room the stay was great! The staff were friendly and it was a good location!
