My family and I booked one night at this hotel through Agoda.com, looking for a place near the port to catch a cruise the next day. We chose it mainly for the price and proximity, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. The place smelled like animal urine, and outside it smelled like marijuana. There were strange people hanging around, and it felt unsafe at night. I ended up losing the hotel night I had reserved and had to sleep at another hotel in a different area. Other than the roach problem in our room the stay was great! The staff were friendly and it was a good location!
It’s a great quite place if you need somewhere to chill out better than staying by the interstate and Katie is a great manager, she checks on ya every opportunity to make sure things are good, it my go to when I need a place to crash for a few days
By far the worst place we have stayed. There was no one at the hotel to let us in our room. When someone finally arrived we had to sit outside (in the heat ... a big deal after riding our bicycles 70 miles) while our room was cleaned. To top it off it wasn't the room we paid for ... we were down graded because the room they gave us was all they had left. When we tried to talk to the owner/manager she would not return our calls.
