I’ve only lived here for about a month, but so far everything is great! I was really concerned about some of these reviews and I considered not moving in. However, I took a chance and I don’t regret it. I have not seen one roach in my apartment. Also, I haven’t seen mice, spiders, or anything else that people have mentioned. The laundry rooms are dirty and some staff should probably clean those with a mop or something, but there is a laundromat really close by if the dirtiness bothers you. ROACH INFESTED!! GATE LOCKS ALWAYS PICKRD/BROKEN, HOMELESS PEOPLE ALLOWED TO LURK ABOUT, mail theft as well
I would not recommend Twin Palms to anyone looking for an apartment just based off my experience with speaking with the management there. Definitely do a lot of research and you can find other better options on Craiglist, Zillow, or even Facebook Marketplace. There were many homeless around the area where I read on other reviews of tenants finding homeless hanging out inside the supposed “closed complex” and people getting their car broken into or mail stolen which is why I hesitated with going through with the move in.
