3.5 stars: I was a resident in this complex for a while. The local management changed, and the new on-site manager made changes that were good (app enabled washers/dryers and low flow water). However, the management compnay (Lily Enterprises) is horrible, especially the "supervisor - Mando". He's the definition of a scummy landlord. Half the complex was without hot water for almost 3 mos during winter. Finally I inquired if there will be a renter credit, the reply was "no renter credits will be given".
