I wouldn't move here unless u love paying lot rent that goes up every few months or a year when I move back here I was paying $150.00 now it like u almost paying mobile home note so sad don't care about the people wanna charge u for anything parking in grass thing that shouldn't even matter waiting on my Opportunity to move out!!
Four years ago when i moved my trailer there it was $350.00 . Now its $515.00. Ridiculous when i spent all that $ to move it there & now i cant afford to move it because they keep raising the lot rent. When it rains i cant get out my car because the water is so deep. Manager dropped 1 small bag of rocks off. You have got to be kidding me. That bag was tiny. This is ridiculous. Don't move there unless you dont mind lot tent continually going up. So sad.
Very clean place everyone has it very nice. One of the best trailer park in Gonzales. The road is nice to drive in no pot holes. This is a awesome place to have a mobile home. Well maintain.
