Haven’t bothered to fix two street lights at the front of this park. Rent is extremely high for them not to fix said street lights. Lot rent goes up every time you blink your eyes. They take pictures in the middle of the night trying to find anything possible to charge you for. So many of us who lived here for YEARS have left, including myself. Do not move here!!

I wouldn't move here unless u love paying lot rent that goes up every few months or a year when I move back here I was paying $150.00 now it like u almost paying mobile home note so sad don't care about the people wanna charge u for anything parking in grass thing that shouldn't even matter waiting on my Opportunity to move out!!
