C/D class Managment in a B class property. BUT everything trickles from the top
I cannot begin to say how communicative, friendly, and compassionate the staff at Twin Oaks Manor are. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have remained responsive and empathetic as people adjust to this new norm and with getting back to work. Additionally, there a few apartment buildings in this area that do not have a dog weight restriction and our husky has been well-received here! This is an awesome apartment complex. It's beautiful and well maintained. But the best part is the staff. The leasing office has some of the nicest people I've met in the industry. They make you feel welcome and at home. The maintenance staff is also friendly and fast. Highly recommend this place!
We moved in here 6 months ago. The staff and maintenance have been very responsive to us. I’ve had several times where I needed an immediate answer to things, and they were right there with a solution. It’s a quiet and peaceful place. I wouldn’t hesitate moving in here.
