The staff is very unprofessional. A family friend of mine had an aide coming from this agency and the aide was caught washing her own laundry in the clients washer. She cooked thanksgiving dinner in the clients home and invited her family over there and they were drinking and carrying on and left the place a disaster. She took advantage of the client and was driving her vehicle for personal use, wrecked it twice, and got a speeding ticket and was using the clients bank card to fill the gas tank for her own personal use.
