I moved in November 27, 2023 and first it was quiet. Nice clean place after about seven months gunfire constantly at night time lotta homeless people living in Bank apartment lotta trash. The swim pools were never open management. They change positions like you changed a pair of pants. The rent is too much for what you get. My advice is if you don’t have to move there don’t terrible place to live.
I lived here for 2 years. Safe neighborhood. I am a single female and I felt comfortable here. My neighbors were friendly and would say hello or wave in the parking lot and pool. I moved out of state. Definitely recommend Twin Oaks, and I would live here again.
