The tenants pretty much run this apartment complex. Only time you will get evicted is if you don't pay rent otherwise you can do whatever you want. There is no privacy here either so everyone is in each other's business. Walls are thin so be careful what you say cuz neighbor can hear your conversation. If you have noisy neighbors you can hear them going up stairs to banging on wall slamming doors and cabinets even hearing their kids scream.
