Nails request was a almond shape and they are all slanted instead of straight. The gel is bumpy on some Nails and thick thick. The nail tech was more concerned about her following appointment who was a repeat customer instead of focusing on me as a new customer. Said she could do ombre and didnt even explain the correct product to achieve the ombre and thankfully I told her to take it off.
