I had a great experience seeing dr Cantù. When I called to see if she was there they were not allowed to tell me. No explanation why. I wanted to do follow up tx. So I asked when I get there can you tell me? No is the answer. They treat you like you are a criminal! Such is the state of medicine worried that I would harm a dr. Do regular offices do this? If I could give ten stars I would. Exceptional. Dr. Cantù. She is a root cause physician . Have not had a better Dr ever. Where were the days when drs cared about you. She’s comprehensive. They really need to change the hours listed!!! I came here at 5:20pm to be seen and two people in the front just looking at me trying to get in instead of saying they’re closed !!!! Says 8pm online !!! Horrible customer service !!
I don’t usually do many reviews, but I went here for some help with ear pain and possible ear infections. Was helped by a wonderful lady and then I believe the main doctor was Monica. Outstanding service and thank you!
