Before closing, communication was excellent. However, after closing, the experience changed completely. Warranty requests often go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and emails may take 1–2 weeks to receive a response. If you're considering buying a Fischer Homes house, be prepared for a very different level of customer service after the sale is completed.
I like this place but when my parents resided the email that said that kids can’t play outside in the road or side walk that you have to take them to the green places this make this generation the word ont thanks for making this gen after that last one and more adiceted to the phone

Fischer Homes is my choice for better living. I’m getting a home built at Twin Lakes, and I must say that I’m very impressed especially with two people there. That is Ana Gutu and David eskew. The most patient and knowledgeable people you want to work with. I had no idea of what I was getting into and Ana made me feel like I was a graduate at Yale.
