Not trying to be disrespectful but I have done a application paid the ap fee because I had to do one my spouse done one over a month now no one got back to me nor my spouse we inform them that we needed a place this is not how you do business my family and I don't want to put the money in a room and then a call come in about an open we would have already spend the money for the room and we will be out of luck this is not fair and this is rude
I don’t know about now since everything looks upgraded but before the upgrade, this place was absolutely horrible. Infested with roaches, no washer or dryer in unit, tub and toilet constantly backing up. First day in the unit the cabinet fell through. The guy who came to fix it left a horrible mess. All of the fan blades sagged. Fans didn’t work or made horrible sounds when running. The previous tenants left the floors filthy! I stated this to the landlord and she apologized. Okay, cool.
