I’ve been living here for 7yrs and it’s been a wonderful experience. The response time for a maintenance request is anywhere from immediately to 24hrs. My carpet was in good condition at move, but over my 7yrs it slowly started to wear down. They replaced it with no problems. They are also respectable when I request that they wear booties when entering my apartment for fixes or routine maintenance. The apartments are nice, cozy.
