Prices are low for a reason. You can do better.
Lived here for 3 years. Money gougers. Do not expect any assistance or intervention from the leasing office if you have a bad neighbor. Unhelpful is an understatement, they’ll bend backwards to not get involved. I pity the next resident that has to live above Lillian.
We lived here for 4 months and moved out recently,after a month we moved out we had got a bill for $9,000 for stuff we didnt do, they charged us for carpet cleaning, we left carpet was in mint condition, they charged us for blind replacement the blinds were in mint condition, RECOMMEND not to move here, or stay here, bunch of scammers
