Would never recommend a company that can come up with a 45 plus page report for a home that is in great shape. In some instances 1 or 2 pages of report for a missing cap on a gas or water line, can't open a window that has a channel lock on it so stated it was inoperable or painted shut, stated a fireplace did not work when all they had to do was turn it on.
