I had another wonderful experience today. They called me this morning to let me know there was a massage cancelation, and I immediately took it. They knew I had been wanting to get in. The massage therapist was really focused on my concerns and didn’t worry about all the fluffy stuff which I appreciated. It’s always a wonderful experience coming there. I love Dr. And the entire staff is kind and makes their customers feel like. Best chiropractor in Federal Way!
My chiropractor retired last year so I've been badly in need of a new one. My massage therapist recommended I see Dr Roemer and he did not disappoint! I'm feeling much better and plan to come back often. The equipment is pretty amazing on its own and with the skills of Dr Roemer it's definitely win-win all the way around.
After going here for over a decade I FINALLY decided to write a positive review. Dr. Yee and his staff are top notch people, you can tell they actually care! Whether it has been a workplace incident or me just getting reckless and messing my spine up, they have set me straight (literally) through and through. As I write this I am looking at a busy parking lot for obvious reasons, so if you’re looking for long lasting preventative health or reversal from spinal trauma please give them a visit. I can’t thank them enough!!!

I have been a patient here for over 10 years. I absolutely love the doctors here! The staff is always smiling & polite! They address my pain issues and are so caring & loving every time. Even when I call for a same day appointment, they seem to get me in no matter what. I love Twin Lakes so much, they are truly like family to me ❤️
