We're taking our 3rd trip down there later this year. It's so much fun. The campground is clean, beautiful, and a great place to stay. I love my morning coffee on the porch watching dawn over the mountains. The Ellis family is unbelievably nice too. They make you feel like family. I love it here.
Twin hollow will treat you like family! They ALL welcomed us like they have always known us when we stoped in for dinner our first night there at trail 12 bbq! The next night we needed help and Mrs donna, mr. Wayne and Cameron took time away from their family after hours to help us when our sxs had an issue at the top of the mountain close to dark and couldn’t get back to our truck. We just spent our family Thanksgiving here and had a great time! The ATVing was the highlight of the trip and a first time experience for us all. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Hiking and watching the wild horses were a close second. They took such good care of us. We will definitely be going back! Thanks for all the new memories! 💕
There’s something for everyone. From hanging around the campfire, hiking to riding ATVs this is a great family fun time
This was an unbelievable experience! Our family loved every moment of it. The cabins are so well appointed and everything you would need~ the food at Trail 12 barbecue is incredible. I cannot wait to return and can’t wait for the new restaurant to open. We will absolutely be back many times over!!

Made reservations Sept. 4 for cabin #4 (6 person). for Nov. 7-11. Cancelled on Sept. 17 for unforseen circumstances. Our group lives 5 hours away so none of us could make the trip. My credit card was charged for half the total amount. Today, Nov. 12 I called again to request a refund to my card only to be told that I would not be refunded because I did not cancel within 60 days. I asked for credit towards a trip in the spring and was told they couldn't do that either. Basically I'm out $392 for a trip we didn't get to take. ... read more
It has been a long time since I can remember a campground so genuinely interested in making sure their guests are totally loving their stay. Family owned and operated left you feeling really proud to have stayed there. Amenities were great. Band one night, good showers, outstanding views, great location on trails, easy access to Gilbert. You will love it.
