Stayed their a week Beautiful camp ground the view is GREAT ! The road up 2 the camp ground is not great ! The owners & their sons are very nice people !!
Just returned home to Minnesota from a trip to twin hollow, this place was top notch! Everything about this place was great! The cabins, grounds, facilities, location, etc. The owners and sons were super friendly and accommodating, their son Cameron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, trails, and history of the area, I can see why Keith at the repair shop referred to him and his brother as "good ol boys", I can't wait to return in the future with my family!

we stayed in cabin 2 the views are beautiful and well managed the people who run the place are sooo nice and accommodating I would def recommend this as a place to stay if your looking for a home away from home...
We have found our favorite place to stay in Gilbert! Everybody there was so inviting, the scenery was amazing, and they made an extra effort to take care of all our needs. We used one of there full hook up camp sites. Very easy access to the trails. We will be back, it was awesone!
Great place friendly staff great service and very clean. Everything you need within 15 minutes. The owners hard work and dedication show with the meticulously manicured lawns. The trail head is right at the office and you can buy trail passes right at the campground as well as firewood among other things. Made the trip from Ontario Canada and it won't be the last will be back very soon!!
Been there twice going again in May. Great place and friendly owners.
Liked the campground and the campers but the man running the place was very rude and has a attitude problem with zero people skills. He turned off of generator (quite run)in the middle of the night (38°) and rainy without saying a word to us first. Was very rude the next day about an ATV being in the wrong place and threatened to kick out almost everyone we talked to. He seems to look down on the tent campers a good bit. We have made reservations elsewhere for April and again for trail fest.
Having a great time riding trails right from the campground. Owners are friendly and campground is clean and in great location. Great views of mountains, also the sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking! We will come back again and recommended this spot to anyone riding the Hatfield and Mccoy trails.
