nice local people that own this, good BBQ. Views from the cabins are fantastic.
My father in-law just left here and couldn't stop bragging about this place. From how clean the cabins are to the delicious food at the restaurant. Not only are the family very friendly but also the staff they have working there as well. He's an elderly man an fell coming out of his cabin to his truck while carrying supplies. Fortunately a young lady cleaning the cabin next to his (Brandi) stopped what she was doing an helped him and made sure he was ok. She was very sweet and polite. We just got home from this wonderful place and I have to say, we had the best time. We are a family of 5, youngest a little over 2, 8, 9 and the trails were perfect. Not rained out and just enough of a thrill. This campground is beautiful! We did the "Sunset with the Horses" tour for $10 a person and my girls loved it! Cabin was clean and with everything you need. The beds were so comfy it was hard getting out of them in the morning. Thank you for a great time!
First time at Twin Hollow and we will be back for sure. Great location, trail access and amenities. The drive up to the top is paved for the majority of the way up except at the very begining. Make sure your vehicle is in good working condition (engine cooling system, transmission and brakes) and you shouldn't have any issues.
The best campground that I've ever been to. Super nice people to be around, would definitely return to camp there again.
We were there July 17-21. It was so much more than i expected or hoped for. The owners need to be voted host of the year. So nice and helpful with anything that you need. Gives directions to what you need to see. Bar b que is great. Can't say enough great things about the trip. Make sure you take the wild horse and sunset tour. It's well worth it. After hauling my 13k trailer up the crazy driveway. I had a weekend of a lifetime even when it rained 50% of the time. The trails where top notch , and the campsite/workers where absolutely incredible they made us feel welcome. They told us all the cool places to go I can't wait to go back twin hollow campground is in my book the best place to stay period. P.s. we got put at the top witch everyone seamed like it was bad. my opinion if you don't need the hookups that bad get a spot up there the view in the morning and evening... read more
